This particular study identified an important amino acid residue (arginine141\/R141) in C-terminal extension of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Hsp16.3 which efficiently controls its structure and chaperone function. Furthermore, the results presented in this article laid a good foundation for developing a better second generation vaccine candidate against tuberculosis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b5a93b elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"5b5a93b\"
